We understand that every experience contributes to our development and direction. Our mission is to utilize the transformative power of art in healthcare and education, supported by scientific evidence that highlights its capacity to enhance knowledge, promote healing, and potentially extend life expectancy. By collaborating with talented local Bay Area artists and leveraging over 25 years of experience in healthcare, education, event production, and leadership to provide clinical education experiences that incorporate creative elements. Creative Learning for Healers was born from two lifelong passions: healing and learning.
As a nurse, I discovered that the most meaningful moments in healthcare weren't defined by diagnoses or procedures. They were found in human connection—in meeting people during their most vulnerable moments and walking alongside them through change.
As an educator, I discovered something equally transformative. The most powerful learning didn't happen when one expert spoke for hours. It happened when curiosity filled the room, when diverse perspectives were welcomed, and when people left inspired to think differently than when they arrived.
Over time, I realized my vision for education extended beyond the traditional models I had experienced. I wanted to create learning experiences that were evidence-informed, creatively designed, and deeply engaging—experiences where science and imagination could coexist, where beauty supported learning, and where every participant contributed to the collective wisdom of the room. Creative Learning for Healers was created to make that vision possible.
We believe healing belongs to all who serve others. Whether in clinics, classrooms, homes, workplaces, or communities, healing begins with human connection and grows through curiosity, compassion, and lifelong learning.

Founder & Creative Director
Tiffany Ward, RNC-OB, MSN, FNP, CNS
Tiffany is an inspirational and disruptive health care leader with over 25 years in the industry, specializing in clinical practice, leadership, educational neuroscience and the creative arts. Tiffany is passionate about ensuring our healthcare workers, educators, and lay healers are infused with enthusiasm, resilience, and the clinical or educational expertise to deliver exceptional care. Endlessly searching for more healers, educators, and artists to grow and learn with!
Business Director
Christopher Reker, Artist & Producer
Chris is a mentor to many, an artist in every sense of the word, and the business "guy" behind the biz. Chris brings a lifetime of artistic expression to our curriculum and over 30 years of business and sales experience to his role as the Business Director, with a very serious mission to ensure every step of the consumer experience is optimized. Chris is particularly skilled in assessing an experience's needs and working with the customer to design the perfect solution, including coupling all content components with a creative element.
